A Natural Stress Reliever

Stress is our body's reaction to the demands of life, and a natural stress response can increase our energy, focus and alertness in the midst of danger, but it's also possible to experience stress in safe environments, and sometimes the stress we experience is bad for our health.

In cases like that, I use a technique I call: Prayers, Mantras & Affirmations. It involves focusing on phrases of what I want instead of focusing on stress.


Here are some of the phrases I repeat throughout the day:

  • I want to live a long & healthy life
  • I want to be a good father
  • I want to be a good husband
  • I want to help my son live a long & healthy life
  • I want to help my wife live a long & healthy life
  • I want to do things to improve my financial health

I repeat affirmations, prayers and mantras like this over and over again and it sooths my mind. I end up in a calm and blissful state, and it also encourages me to do and be better.

You can do it too - just say what you want and focus on it with all your heart, mind and soul, but choose your wants wisely, dreams do come true so be careful what you wish for!
