Losing Weight the Easy Way

Some of you might remember the post I wrote about not eating late at night. I am still on that schedule, and my last meal of the day is at 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

Since I fall asleep at 2:00 AM to 3:30 AM in the morning, that is anywhere from 6 to 10 1/2 hours before I go to sleep. That ensures that I am not getting fatter while I sleep.


Following that schedule helped me lose a little weight, week after week for about two months. @emaferice wanted me to lose weight a little faster and so we decided to look into a multi-level marketing company named Herbalife.

I was skeptical at first but I am a fan of cold drinks (i.e. Ice Tea, Shakes, etc.) so our friend Dymes served us some cold Herbalife shakes mixed up with crushed ice and bananas.

I tried the shakes, the tea and some type of "cleanser". I enjoyed drinking them and like that the tea is healthier than Nestea. I also agreed to use the shake as a meal replacement for breakfast.

Well I did that for about 2 weeks and I apparently lost more weight and twice as fast. I get to drink a good tasting chocolate-banana shake every morning, I still eat good sized dinners of my choice and all the while I am losing weight.


In about 2 months I am going to be going to some type of spa that will inject something in my neck to liquify the double chin I acquired from my last weight gain. Once I do that, I should look almost like my old self 🤪👍
