I fasted for religious & spiritual purposes in my younger years, and I have abstained from eating in the past to lose weight, so I know that eating less can work wonders for weight loss. But I think many of us know by now that crash diets offer instant weight loss today, only to disappoint us with weight gain tomorrow, next week or next month.

In order to avoid the folly of crash dieting, I decided to commit myself to something easier and more sustainable than a strict diet - I stopped eating at least 6 to 8 hours before I go to bed.

It is easy to practice since I still eat full meals, and after doing it for about a week, I already started to feel healthier in the morning and at night. The daily rewards I experience mentally & physically make it easy to continue 👍

I have been abstaining from eating food at night for about 10 days and I can already see that I am losing weight in my arms and legs. I think my face, neck and stomach will be next!

I still eat some of the food I like but I am getting results anyways. I also take B Vitamins to speed up my metabolism and I exercise a couple times a week.

My goal is to reach a level of health, mentally, emotionally, physically, socially, financially and spiritually unsurpassed by my past this March 5, 2020 - It will be my 35th Birthday.

P.S. @s3rg3 is on a similar progam but it is a little harder. He is only eating one meal a day. I wish him luck in life and in health ✌
